The PERSON BEHIND IT

Paul Schuster and Dave Ferris gained extensive experience in winemaking while traveling throughout Europe, visiting renowned wineries such as Matassa and Partida Creus. Inspired by these experiences, they decided to create their own wine and eventually bottled their first barrel at Partida Creus.
Dave moved to Barcelona to work at Bar Brutal, while Paul returned to Vienna to work at MAST. Eventually, the two found the ideal location for their project in Austria: a wine cellar in Petronell.
Also involved is Simon Ecker, a childhood friend who joined the project and turned it into a trio.
