The Pittnauer winery in Gols, run by Gerhard and Brigitte Pittnauer, stands for biodynamic viticulture and wines with strong character. Demeter-certified since 2006, they focus on local varieties such as Blaufränkisch and St. Laurent as well as natural and orange wines.
Spontaneous fermentation, minimal intervention and maturation in large wooden barrels characterize their authentic wines.
This combination of joy of experimentation and inspiration from nature can also be found in our designs – full of depth and individuality.
