1. Allgemeines

1.1. Die nachstehenden Allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen (AGB) gelten für alle Verträge, die über den Onlineshop PROSTSHIRTS OG zwischen uns, der Firma PROSTSHIRTS OG, Reithofferplatz 11/5, 1150 Wien, Österreich, E-Mail: prost@prostshirts.com, und Ihnen als unseren Kunden geschlossen werden.
1.2. Abweichende Bedingungen des Kunden werden nicht anerkannt, es sei denn, wir stimmen ihrer Geltung ausdrücklich zu.

2. Vertragsschluss

2.1. Die Darstellung der Produkte im Onlineshop stellt kein rechtlich bindendes Angebot dar, sondern eine Aufforderung zur Bestellung.
2.2. Durch das Absenden der Bestellung im Onlineshop geben Sie ein verbindliches Angebot ab. Der Kaufvertrag kommt erst zustande, wenn wir Ihre Bestellung durch eine Auftragsbestätigung per E-Mail oder durch die Lieferung der Ware annehmen.

3. Preise und Zahlung

Terms and Conditions (T&Cs)

1. General Provisions

1.1. The following Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) apply to all contracts concluded via the online shop of PROSTSHIRTS OG, Reithofferplatz 11/5, 1150 Vienna, Austria, Email: prost@prostshirts.com, between us and you as our customer.
1.2. Deviating terms and conditions of the customer will not be accepted unless we expressly agree to their validity.
